Our two co-founders established the company as they were busy IT professionals who frequently discovered, when hiring, a lack of technical knowledge in the recruitment industry and formed SEVAmor to bridge that gap.

Having embarked on the upgrade of our HCM/ERP solution to Oracle Fusion Cloud, we required significant expertise to be brought in to help support the business.
We’ve had significant support from SEVAmor, and in particular Derek Wallsh and Lee Rippon, who have provided suitably qualified and experienced contractors for our long standing assignments.
The contractors have been able to undertake the tasks requested, especially working remotely for the past 15-18 months, which has added complexities to the project. Most of the contractors hired are still with us, which again shows the quality of hires. The contractors have a range of abilities including a mixture of skills from a project and system administration perspective.
We are now coming to the end of our project, with the system going live in April 2023, therefore we will slowly be releasing the contractors. We will however, have no hesitation in requesting further support from SEVAmor, or recommending SEVAamor to other clients if they need support for IT system implementation/development. I worked with Lee (SEVAmor) when our contracted SI was quoting an 8 week turnaround time for Oracle functional and technical consultants. Once I contacted Lee he sent me a batch of CVs within 24 hours. all available within the timescale we needed them deployed on the project.
We ended up hiring 3 excellent candidates for an initial period of 3 months – this turned in to an 18 Month engagement. The team that SEVAmor provided hit all the milestones we needed and delivered quality work on a regular. While they did not need too much supervision, Lee and his colleagues at SEVAmor were always on hand to provide guidance and course correction when needed.
