Case Study Example

A US based client recently asked us to provide a team in India in 3 key locations. The deliverable was an Oracle Fusion rollout across APAC countries with India being the base. We were able to examine the overall corporate roadmap, identify key milestones and then setup key teams for delivery of the new system in various countries. SEVAmor provide search and selection of both contractors and permanent staff. Some of who would support the system in India post go live. Key issue for the client was staff retention. SEVAmor overcame this challenge by using it’s prime selection methodology including rigorous reference checks, focused interviewing and contract retention clauses.
