Over the last two decades I have immersed myself in the world of recruitment and honed my skills where I now work as a Senior Executive Search Consultant / professional Head-hunter assisting reputable organisations with their business and digital transformation programmes. ERP / Cloud technologies being the niche that I have a wealth of experience in.

Throughout my successful career I have had the privilege of working with a high volume of exceptional Business and Tech professionals. Whether it is C-level Executives, visionary Directors, capable Programme/Project Managers, to astute Analysts and Developers, I connect talented and trusted people with their ideal job roles.

My extensive experience in the industry has cultivated a profound ability to communicate effectively at every level. I thrive on deeply comprehending my clients’ resource requirements and leveraging a diverse toolkit to identify and engage trusted professionals. By forging strong partnerships with these individuals, I guide them towards their next contract, or transformative career move.

Currently residing in Sevenoaks, Kent. In my own time I like to travel and explore new parts of the world. I also love to DJ at music events and festivals in London / South East, and I am studying music production. I am also told that I am a bit of a dab hand at buying & selling architectural antiques!

Lee Rippon

Co-Founder and Operations Director

My name is Lee and alongside Sandeep am one of the founders of SEVAmor Associates from back in 2010. Prior to this, after graduating from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Commerce I joined Unisys Corp as a graduate trainee IT Consultant. Since then, I have approximately 25 years experience in the ERP industry with roles ranging from Developer, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Trainer and more recently Project and Programme Management. For this reason, I pride myself on being able to understand a clients requirements because I have been in their shoes during my consulting career.

Outside of IT, apart from family time with my wife and two children I enjoy property developing, running and playing golf very badly.
Sandeep Sirah

Co-Founder and Business Development Director

Hello! I’m Sandeep – I met Lee (co founder/director) whilst at Unisys Corp where we both worked as management consultants focused on IT. I hold a degree in Geology from UCL and an MBA from Cardiff Business School. Over the past 25 years my career has allowed me to work with a range of organisations from small software houses to large multinationals. SEVAmor has allowed me to cover both sides of the coin – in that I cover both systems integration and resourcing. My roles up to now have included ERP developer, business analyst, functional consultant, cutover manager, project manager and data migration manager.

I enjoy complex ERP projects and the challenges provided not just on delivery but post delivery scenarios. Today the pace of change is mindboggling and creating solutions to dynamic projects is still of interest to me as it was when I was a graduate. This background allows me to add value during resoucring for clients. Knowing what to ask and what to look for in key associates and staff.

When not working I like spending time with my family and discussing major teenage topics with my children! I enjoy travelling and meeting new people from all walks of life. My interests include politics, racket sports and origami.
